Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled before the item is processed for pickup (between 2-3 working days)

Here are the steps:

  1. Contact support to cancel your order.

  2. Motito validates the request time frame.

  3. Wait for 2-3 working days as the client.

  4. Motito provides the user with payment proof to confirm the refund.

  5. The order is canceled in the system.
