Who can use Motito? (Eligibility & where we operate)

Motito is currently operational on Ghana.

To use Motito you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have a valid Ghanaian phone number

  • Have MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) or Telecel Money (for most payment flows), or a valid Visa/Mastercard (where enabled)

  • Complete basic verification (KYC) – Ghana Card + selfie

We may ask for additional information (like proof of income) for higher-value items, longer plans, or Early Pickup eligibility.
