Pickup
Pickup is available at partner vendor locations.
You’ll usually need:

your order details (order ID or QR)

a valid ID (Ghana Card, etc.)
Delivery
Delivery may be available via couriers.
- Delivery is usually paid by the customer unless explicitly stated as free.
Delegated pickup
If someone else will pick up your item:

add them as a delegate in the app

provide their ID details
-
wait for approval
