Refunds take 3 working days to be processed. Here is the process to follow if you need to make a request.

  2. Provide proof or screenshot of the transaction.

  3. Motito verifies the incorrect transaction.

  4. The client awaits resolution for 3 working days.

  5. Motito shares payment proof with the user to confirm the refund.
