Payment Options: Pay in Installment

Understand the various payment options available to choose from. There are 3 options available one of which is Pay in Installment (PayLater) This option gives users up to a 3 months plan to choose from with a 30-day interest-free period. 1. Choose “shops” on the home screen 2. Select your preferred vendor 3. Select the option to "manually place an order." 4. Input the cost of the item and select the relevant product category from the drop-down menu and select “continue”. 5. Select your preferred payment plan and click on the “Continue” button. 6. The next interface is your payment breakdown.

Payment Options: Pay All Now

Understand the various payment options available to choose from. There are 3 options available one of which is Pay All Now. This is also another option for you to place an order and make an upfront payment. Find the steps below: 1. Select a specific merchant directly from the home screen, or you can click on the "shop" button located at the bottom of the home screen. 2. Once you've made your choice, proceed to select your preferred vendor from the available options provided. 3. Select your preferred item from the inventory. 4. Select “make payment” and choose “continue” 5. Select “ pay all now’ 6. Choose your preferred payment option, either MTN or card. 7. Follow the payment prompts to complete the process.

Making Payments: Initial Deposit

You can make payment either with your MTN Momo or visa/master card. Again, you can either make your initial deposit, pay in full, or make your monthly installment. Mobile Money 1. Select ‘make payment’ on the payment breakdown interface 2. Choose mobile money 3. Input mobile network and wallet number and click continue 4. Click make payment 5. Input the OTP code and choose submit 6. Approve the payment by authorizing the transaction 7. Check your phone for a message from Motito and your mobile network confirming your payment Visa/Master Card 1. Select ‘make payment’ on the payment breakdown interface 2. Choose visa/debit cards 3. Follow the process that follows

Making Payment: Monthly Installment

To make your monthly payment, follow these steps: 1. Open the app and navigate to the bottom of your home screen. 2. Tap on "orders." 3. Select the "upcoming" section. 4. Locate your next expected amount and click on it. 5. Follow the prompts provided to proceed with making your payment. Payment Due Dates Payments are due 30 days after your initial deposit. To keep users reminded of their next installment, an SMS is sent 3 days prior to their due date.

Repayment

Repayment Plans Users have up to a 3 months repayment plan to choose from with a 30-day interest-free period. No need to worry about manual calculations, the app has been built to generate a payment plan depending on the number of months you choose. Pay your 40% initial deposit and spread the remaining balance. Early Repayment Options Early repayment gives you a higher credit score and more amazing benefits. Refunds

Refunds take 3 working days to be processed. Here is the process to follow if you need to make a request. 1. Contact support. 2. Provide proof or screenshot of the transaction. 3. Motito verifies the incorrect transaction. 4. The client awaits resolution for 3 working days. 5. Motito shares payment proof with the user to confirm the refund.
