Customer cancellations

If you cancel voluntarily, a cancellation/restocking fee may apply.

Motito/vendor fault

If the issue is caused by Motito/vendor fault, fees may be waived and refunds may be full.

Refund timelines

  • Store Credit: often instant once approved

  • MoMo/card refund: typically takes a few business days, depending on provider
